What do we offer?

1 - Risk and gap assessment

The entity's risk profile

How do different risk areas affect the company or organization? For example, hierarchy, workforce composition and gender balance.

Policy and procedure review

Analysis of the employer’s existing ethical guidelines, reporting procedures, etc. We assess current procedures against minimum requirements and best practices.

2 - Manager workshop

Review of what a manager should know

What are the employer’s legal obligations, risk profile and existing measures, handling protocols and investigation of complaints, how to conduct difficult conversations, how to provide support to victims/survivors.

Engagement and awareness

Workshop tailored to the entity's situation that engages and raises awareness: We use methods such as quizzes, speed debates, and group discussions with professional guidance.

3 - Course for employees

What should employees know?

What is sexual harassment? How does the enterprise work to prevent and handle sexual harassment? What should you do if you experience or witness incidents? How to report? What is serious enough to report?

4 - Professional assistance for better procedures

What should be in place

For employers that need advice and assistance in establishing or improving their procedures, including guidelines, incident management, filing complaints, and reporting in accordance with legal requirements.

5 - One-to-one training for managers

Many managers will benefit from feeling more confident after one-to-one coaching that includes training on difficult conversations with employees.
